Statway Pathway
Goal
Statway Pathway is a two-term college course solution with integrated developmental math supports built in throughout the course designed to help students fulfill their developmental math requirements and succeed in college-level statistics in a single year.
Course Overview
Statway Pathway is a unique two-term course solution that engages students in college-level statistics on day 1. With 86 lessons across 10 modules, this course solution covers all the major topics typically contained in an introductory statistics course and provides developmental math supports to help students build skills necessary to succeed in college-level math. In addition, the course is embedded with Productive Persistence social emotional support routines and activities designed to strengthen students’ self perceptions as math learners.
Implementation
This course solution is designed as two 3-credit courses or as a dual enrollment statistics course when taught in high schools over an academic year.
