Goal
Statway College with Corequisite is a college course solution with targeted, just-in-time supports to help students gain the necessary skills and confidence to achieve success in college-level statistics in one term.
Course Overview
Statway College with Corequisite is a single-term course solution that includes seven lesson modules covering all the major topics typically contained in an introductory statistics course as well as scaffolded corresponding corequisite supports to help students develop the statistical and algebraic reasoning skills in support of the learning outcomes of the college-level course content. In addition, the course is embedded with Productive Persistence social emotional support routines and activities designed to strengthen students’ self perceptions as math learners.
Implementation
This course solution is designed as a 3 or 4-credit college-level course plus up to 3 credits of corequisite support.
